I'm Shireen, the strength coach behind StrongGirlys. I help working women build strength, confidence, and long-lasting habits β€” without extreme diets or exhausting routines.

After 6 years of coaching and going through my own fitness journey, I learned that real health isn't about perfection. It's about progress, consistency, and finding a routine that fits into your real life. My mission is to guide women toward sustainable, realistic fitness so you can feel strong, supported, and proud of every step you take.
